Sara Reese

Sara Reese is a lifelong resident of Cambridge and graduate of the Cambridge Public Schools. She received her BS in Communications from Emerson College and worked in the media and entertainment industry for 10 years. In 2010, she received her Masters in Education from Long Island University and worked as a School Counselor for middle and high school students in New York and Massachusetts.

Sara has a passion for supporting youth and has developed career advising programs, internships and community partnerships for underserved high school students. She holds Certifications from the National Career Development Association and NYU’s Center for Philanthropy. She is a member of the My Brothers Keeper Cambridge Task Force and serves as a board member for Cambridge Economic Opportunity Committee (CEOC). Sara is a trained equity, inclusion and anti-racist facilitator and has participated in the Nellie Mae Education Foundation Critical Participatory Research project in 2018. Sara is currently the Career Advisor at Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School and coordinates the Rindge School of Technical Arts Cooperative Education program. She continues to leverage her years of youth development experience to build strong work based learning programs for high school students. She resides in Cambridge with her two daughters and husband.
