Mechanical Orthographic projection drawings, also known as engineering or technical drawings, are essential in various industries for communicating detailed information about mechanical components, products, or structures. These drawings provide a clear and accurate representation of objects in three dimensions, aiding in design, manufacturing, and documentation processes.
It may seem obvious, but in order to create quality mechanical drawings, it is important to be able to read and interprate mechanical drawings. Review the following presentation, work through the activities then create a mechanical drawing to see if you replicated the object correctly.
In this exercise we will create CAD Models from the NIMS Credential drawings. Then we will create our own drawings and add all of the dimension/table/mfg drawing information.
