It is important to become more and more efficient with CAD. Using modeling tricks such as:
Save As and Modify
Rotated Planes and Maximized Faces
Mirrored Geometries
These are just a few of the ways you can improve the speed by which you cad.
In this exercise, we will begin to model more complex shapes with the goal of doing it as efficiently as possible. Review the instructions in Part 1 and add the information requested to the slide deck.
Create a CAD model of your Complex Block Shape as efficiently as possible.
Create a CAD model of the Complex Block Shape that is on the slide above yours. If you are the first slide, you will model the Nick Anaya Shape. Make this model as efficiently as possible.
Now copy the contents of the Engineering Notebook Template in your engineering notebook. Post your screenshots of the model including a zoomed in look at the Construction Timeline. Then answer the questions about the designs.
