We are especially excited to share two new videos featured on the site. One highlights the exceptional educational experience at Farnsworth, while the other showcases the inclusive culture, strong sense of belonging, and supportive community that make our school so special.

Our Mustang Mingle was a beautiful celebration of the incredible teachers, staff, families, volunteers, alumni, neighbors, and friends who continue to show up for this amazing school community.

We are overjoyed to share that Farnsworth was ranked highly in the US News' report of Best Elementary Schools and Best Middle Schools! In fact, Farnsworth ranks not only in the top elementary schools in CPS, also in the top of the state of Illinois! We are so thankful for your partnership and support in making Farnsworth a wonderful place to learn and grow.

New steps!
After advocating for our students over the past two years, we are happy to share that CPS has replaced our front steps! Our next project that we are advocating for is repairing the asphalt on the back side of the building!
Early Childhood Garden
Thank you to our early childhood classrooms and families for sponsoring our "little garden" and to Ms. Ryan for helping our prek and kindergarten students create a new garden sign!
