Future Farnsworth Families,

Enrollments for the 2024-2025 school year are now being accepted. Enrollment packets can be dropped off by appointment only, please email krquinn@cps.edu to schedule. Alternatively, completed packets with the birth certificate and 2 proofs of address can be emailed to krquinn@cps.edu. Medical forms can be turned in at the beginning of the school year. Enrollments will occur throughout the summer. Please click this LINK and enter your address in the search bar to be sure you reside in our attendance area BEFORE completing the enrollment packet. Unfortunately, we cannot accept students outside of our attendance boundaries.

If you are interested in Pre-K, you must apply through CPS Early Learning. We do not enroll Pre-K students UNLESS you receive an offer from CPS Early Learning or ODLSS.

**IF YOU ARE ENROLLING FOR PRE-K, please include a copy of your offer letter and 2 check stubs within 30 days for whoever is listed on the application with your enrollment packet.**

Kindergarten students must be 5 before September 1, 2024.
