To reach your 90 minutes of weekly gym class, your assignment will be to complete a workout 3 days each week. You will have an activity log sheet on Google Classroom to log the workout you choose for the day. You DO NOT have to submit this log. The log is to help you keep track of your workouts.
After you log 3 day for the week, go to the P.E. Google Classroom to submit your Participation Quiz that is waiting for you. Make sure to submit your participation before every Friday at 2:45pm.
Warm ups: Always do your warm before the workout.
Jumping jacks (25 total)
Big arm circles (20 seconds)
Little arm circles (20 seconds)
Tricep stretches (20 seconds for each arm)
Quadriceps stretch (20 seconds for each leg)
Squats (20 total)
Butterflies (40 seconds)
One leg in one leg out (30 seconds for both sides)

If you find more videos, feel free to use them for your workout! Parents, working out with your child is a great way to support and encourage them at home, if possible.
