We know that everyone is trying to adjust to our new normal. We might feel frustrated, angry, sad, and even happy all through our day. This week I have posted some new videos that can help with all of the strong feelings we are having right now. Attached are videos and the family guides you can go over with your parents. The videos is for you and your parents to watch together.
