We know that everyone is trying to adjust to our new normal. We might feel frustrated, angry, sad, and even happy all through our day. So this week we are going to watch a video on Managing Strong Feelings. This video is for you and your parents to watch together.
We hope that this will help you and your family to adjust to our new normal.
Please have a restful weekend.
