The Nurse's clinic is located on the main hallway of the school. If you experience any of the following situations, you should ask the nearest adult to see the nurse: bleeding that requires more than a band-aid, difficulty breathing, a broken bone or lost tooth, burns that need more than basic first aid, a head, face, or neck injury, a fever, vomiting or diarrhea, or if you need to visit the nurse for an ongoing condition like asthma or diabetes. Additionally, if you need to take your medications, please follow the procedures outlined.
Whenever it is necessary for you to receive medication at school medication forms must be filled out by the parent or guardian. You should not transport any medication. You are not allowed to carry any medication in your possession on the school campus.
Following these guidelines ensures that medications are administered safely and appropriately during school hours.
