At East Coweta Middle School, you’ll get to explore different interests through Connections classes. These are special classes outside of your core subjects that give you the chance to learn new skills, try creative projects, and stay active!

Here’s how it works:

• You’ll be assigned two Connections classes each nine weeks.

• If you want to take Band or Chorus, you can choose one of those for the full year.

• Your schedule might be adjusted before a new nine weeks begins, but once you get your schedule on the first day—it’s set for that quarter.
  ⚠️ Important: We don’t make schedule changes unless you’ve already taken that class before—except for PE and Personal Fitness, which may repeat.

Non-Repeating Classes (You’ll take these once a year): Spanish, STEM, Computer Science, Music Appreciation, Art

Classes That Might Repeat: Physical Education (PE), Personal Fitness, Reading/Math Enrichment (if needed for extra support)
