How to create and update a Payroll Assignment

1. To create an assignment for an existing employee:

1.1 Click on Assignment under the Payroll menu

1.2 Click on the New Assignment button.

  • Fill out assignment information and click "Compute Total" then "Save"

2. Creating an assignment for a new employee:

2.1 Select the"Employees" option under the Payroll menu and click on the " New Employee" button.

2.2 Fill out employee information and then save your changes.

After this, click on the "Add Assignment" button and fill out assignment information as seen in step 1.2
