The account receivable module manages charges and invoices as well as payment tracking. Selecting the A/R Home option under the Accounts Receivable menu will list the service centers that you have access to.
Select the A/R Report option under the Reports menu
Click on Summary Report button
To create a quote
Click on the "Create Quote button"
Select a customer and click on Create and Send Quote button
To create charges that need to be included in the quote, please see create charges for more info.
View quote and quote history
Click on the "View Quote" button
Click on the quote to view
Update quote
Create new charges to be included in the quote.
Search for the quote then add/remove charges
Click on the "Update and Send Quote" button
