WELCOME

My name is Long Minh Vo (Lewis). I am originally from Vietnam. I am a current dietetic intern at CentraCare St. Cloud Hospital. I graduated from Concordia College with a Bachelor's Degree in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics.

Philosophy: I have a huge passion for diving profoundly into science-based nutrition knowledge and utilizing this knowledge to promote public health and increase nutrition literacy. I believe that nutrition can significantly impact people's health in all stages of their lifecycles. Therefore, the future generation will be capable of choosing an appropriate diet and living a joyful and healthy life. This is the reason why I chose to become a Dietitian.

After graduating from the DI program and passing the RD exam, I am eager to make a leap into inpatient care settings in which I can be part of providing healthcare and nutrition education for patients struggling with various types of diseases.

My mission statement is to strengthen my dietetic career by continuing my education and practicing clinical skills with the ultimate goal of providing a  competent nutrition care plan for patients and promoting their quality of life.

To become successful in my future career, I have given my effort to practical experiences and assignments during my time interning at St. Cloud Hospital.
