Technology Onboarding

Welcome to Concord Community Schools! Please follow these steps to successfully set up your Technology systems:

Step 1: Changing Your Password

It is important that you change your initial password to something more personalized! Use the link to the RIGHT:
Follow these password requirements when creating your new password:
- 1 or more Capital Letter(s)
- 1 or more Number(s)
- 1 Special Character
- 8 Characters Long

Step 2: Have Technology Issues? Create a Ticket!

Regardless if you are using a Thinkpad or MacBook,
you should have shortcuts available for you to create a Technology GetHelp Ticket!
Thinkpad Users:

Your shortcut should be found on your Desktop of your Thinkpad!

MacBook Users:

Your shortcut should be found in the Status Bar at the top of your screen!

Step 3: Meet your Technology Support Specialist!

Each building has a TSS for technology support!
See below for which TSS will be at your building(s):
East Side = Melissa Cornish
Ox Bow = Janet Jones
South Side = Melissa Cornish
West Side = Darcy Paulus
Intermediate = Janet Jones
Junior High = Darcy Paulus
High School = Logan Cook & Gentry McDuffee

Please make sure to submit Get Help tickets above as each TSS is only available half a day at each building!

Technology will support incoming tickets at buildings when TSSs are not present!
