Many activities have multiple skills in which are necessary to learn before you play in a game. Application of skills means to use the skills you have been taught when you are in a game-like situation or during a game. For example, once you know how to dribble a basketball, you may want to learn how to use your newly learned dribbling skill when you play one on one, two on two or five on five. Can you think of the skills used in all of the activities you play? How will you improve these skills so you are more successful during a game?
