The Next Level: Blackrock Wellness 

Next Level; Blackrock Wellness summer workshop series are designed for middle and high school youth who are residents of Falls City or attend Falls City School District. 

Participants will take part in 6–8 one-hour interactive workshops offered over 2-3 summer dates at the centrally located Blackrock Wellness Center. Each day will feature two mini-workshops, with session content tailored to support identity development, mind-body wellness, coping strategies, and life skills.

Each session will be capped at 10 participants, with an expected total reach of 30–40 youth over the course of the summer.
