For artwork to be eligible it must:

Bring awareness to problem gambling, substance use, or mental health
Highlight a resource call line specific to either problem gambling, substance use, or mental health (such as 988)
Be created on 8.5 x 11 paper
Be submitted no later than October 25, 2024
Please note: Artwork depicting drug use, a winning hand or winning combination of symbols (gambling), or self harm will not be accepted
Artwork will be judged based on a scale of 1-10 in each category below (total score of 40):

The top 13 art pieces selected will be provided a $25 gift card and featured in the 2025 Polk County Prevention calendar
