CHED Scholarship Program Application For 2023-2024

CRITERIA OF ELIGIBILITY

Filipino Citizen
Graduating high school students/High school graduate
General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 93% or above.
- For Full State Scholarship Program(FSSP) and Full Private Education Student Financial Assistance(FPESFA), GWA must be 96 or above
- For Half-SSP and Half-PESFA, GWA must be atleast 93 but not more than 95
Combined annual gross income of parent/s, guardian for CY 2022 does not exceed Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 400,000.00), or in cases where the income exceeds PhP400,000.00 an applicant must present a written certification or medical findings of illness of a family member, or school certifications of two or more dependents enrolled in college
Avail of only one government funded financial assistance program.

Original /Certified true copy of Birth Certificate

Academic:

Front and back image of the duly certified true copy of High school report card for incoming freshmen students eligible for college (High School Graduate)
Front and back image of the duly certified true copy of grades for Grade 11 and 1st semester of Grade 12 for graduating high school students

Income: - any of the following:

Latest ITR (BIR Form No. 2316 CY 2022) of parents or guardian if employed
Certificate of Tax Exemption from the BIR
Certificate of Indigency from their Barangay named after the parent/guardian indicating the annual income
Certificate/Case Study from DSWD (not the panunumpa)
Latest copy of contract or proof of income for children of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) and seafarers.

Before proceeding to the application please take note that CSPs V will strictly implement the following:

Only applicants with complete and correct documentary requirements will be considered for initial ranking.
The Tertiary school and course that the applicant will input in the application will be considered FINAL, enrollment in HEI or program/ non-priority program other than what you have identified during online application will result in disqualification.
Application is strictly intended for incoming freshmen students in college (Grade 12 students for the current academic year), hence, college students can no longer apply;
Only applicants with at least 93% General Weighted Average are advised to proceed.
The deadline for submission is until May 31, 2023.

The ATI Scholarship Program Educational Assistance for the Youth (EAsY Agri) is now open for application.

The scholarship program are for incoming freshmen students who will be enrolling to the Bachelor's Degree courses in agriculture and fisheries including Agriculture Biosystem Engineer (ABE), environmental science, forestry and natural resources and all agriculture-related field.

General Criteria of Eligibility:

1. Must be a Filipino citizen, a son or daughter of a farmer/fisherfolk, with annual gross income of not more than Php 100,000.00;

2. Must not be more than 30 years old at the time of application to the program;

3. Must be a high school graduate who is willing to pursue a college degree in agriculture, fisheries or any agri-related course as mentioned in the EAsY Agri guideline;

4. Must be physically and mentally fit; and

5. Must pass the entrance/qualifying examination prescribed by the school and must pass the exam and interview to be conducted by the ATI;

6. The applicant must not have been a delinquent scholar of any previous scholarship program;

7. Must not have been found guilty of any crime involving moral turpitude at the time of application, or found guilty in any administrative case.

Documentary Requirement

UPON APPLICATION - PRELIMINARY REQUIREMENT

(Deadline: June 24, 2022 Friday)

1. Latest BIR-Income Tax Return (ITR) of parents/guardians of Tax Exemption Certification from the Barangay Captain;

2. Certification from the Municipal Agriculture Office that the applicant is a bonafide son/daughter of a small-scale farmer/fisherfolk;

3. Certified true copy of High School diploma and Transcript of Records;

UPON BEING SHORTLISTED

(Deadline July 1, 2022 Friday)

4. Proof of admission from the preferred university/college;

5. Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with 2x2 colored picture;

6. PSA copy of birth certificate;

7. Certification of good health from a government physician with x-ray result taken within the last two months;

8. Certification of good moral character from High School or from the Barangay;

The grantee is entitled to the following:

1. School fees/Registration fees, actual assessed by the school/university but not more than Php 30,000 per year

2. Testing/Assessment Fees in the amount of Php 1,000, if there is any;

3. Monthly stipend of Php 5,000;

4. Book allowance in the amount of Php 1,500 per month;

5. Lodging allowance in the amount of Php 1,000 per month;

6. Research allowance in the amount of Php 10,000, subject to approval of thesis/research proposal;

7. Graduation fees not exceeding Php 3,000 per scholar

PLEASE SUBMIT THE PRELIMINARY REQUIREMENTS TO THE SFAU OFFICE.

Note: The CNSC SFAU will facilitate the processing of application, ATI Bicol Region will be to select and endorse the student applicants to the ATI Central Office.

BFAR FSP CALL FOR APPLICATION

Ang BFAR-FISHERIES SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM (FSP) ay isang programa na nagbibigay ng scholarship sa mga qualified na incoming Senior High School (Grade 12) students ngayong taon. Ang scholarship na ito ay para sa kurso na Bachelor of Science in Fisheries. Magkakaroon ng National Qualifying Examination sa Nobyembre para sa lahat ng estudyanteng nais maging iskolar.

Ang FSP ay may 3 COMPONENTS

1. Fisherfolk Children Educational Grant(FCEG)

-Para sa mga estudyante na ang mga magulang o tagapag-alaga ay rehistradong mangingisda

2. Fisheries Industry Leaders Grant(FILG)

-Para sa mga estudyante na With Honors o estudyante na kabilang sa honor roll ng klase.

3. Indigenous Cultural Communities(ICCs) / Indigenous Peoples(IPs).

-Para sa mga estudyante na ang mga magulang ay ICCs or IPs na kinikilala ng NCIP.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ipinanganak na Pilipino.

• incoming Senior High School (Grade 12) ngayong pasukan, Agosto 2022 (or high school graduate sa old curriculum) na hindi pa nag enrol sa college

• Hindi hihigit sa 25 anyos sa araw ng qualifying exam.

• Ang General Weighted Average (GWA) ay hindi bababa sa 80%.

• May good moral character

• Ang mga magulang o taga pangalaga ay residente ng Bikol sa nakalipas na anim na buwan.

• Pwedeng graduate o graduating sa Alternative Learning System (ALS)

• Pwedeng may units na sa college

• Ang general weighted average (GWA) ay hindi bababa sa 75%.
