CNSC TDP-SUC

The program aims to make education accessible, especially for students who belong to our country's vulnerable and / or marginal sectors by providing financial assistance to cover some of the educational-related expenses of the students. This is an Internally Funded Scholarship Program.

The program shall be accessible to qualified and deserving Filipino students enrolled in Camarines Norte State College and have passed the eligibility requirements. 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

1.  An applicant for this grant must be a Filipino citizen with a combined household (parents/guardian) annual gross income which shall not exceed Four Hundred Thousand pesos (Php 400,000.00);

2.  Officially enrolled students of Camarines Norte State College during the Second Semester, AY 2023-2024, and are not enjoying any other nationally-funded government scholarships or financial assistance;

3.  An applicant must be enrolled in a course program included in the CHED Registry of Programs and Institutions; and

4.  Willing to comply with the program rules and regulations.

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS

1.  Duly accomplished SFAU Scholarship Application form with recent passport-size picture;

2.  TDP-SUC Application Form (UNIFAST format);

3.  Certified copy of Certificate of Registration/Enrolment (2 copies);

4.  Copy of Single parent ID/certification (for students with a single parent);

5.  Certificate of Indigency as proof of income issued by the Punong Barangay;

6.  Duly certified copy of validated CNSC ID (2 copies with three original specimen signatures);

7.  Notarized affidavit of no other scholarship/grant; and

8.  Photocopy of duly accepted Notice of Award to be issued by CNSC SFAU indicating the award number, the school year and semester covered, and the amount of grant for the semester.
