STUDENT ASSISTANTSHIP PROGRAM (SAP)
Student Assistantship Program provides an opportunity for undergraduate students to work on-campus and earn while pursuing their studies. The program is designed to train students in the different facets of the workplace and at the same time expose them to first-hand experiences, which can help broaden interpersonal relationships and widen their perspective in life.
General Qualification
Students who wish to apply as student assistant must:
1. be officially enrolled;
2. be 18 years old and above;
3. be of good moral character;
4. not have obtained Failing, Incomplete, or Dropped marks in any subject during the previous semester prior to the application for student assistantship;
5. not be enrolled in more than 24 units during the semester of appointment;
6. have at least one semester residency;
7. be computer literate (e.g. MS Office);
8. be good in verbal and written communication;
9. be willing to render overtime services, if necessary;
10. Be willing to be assigned in any office in the Campus applying for;
11. not be a recipient of scholarship or grant with financial benefits that exceeds Php 15,000.00 per semester (unless there are shortage of student applicants and upon approval by the OSSD Director);
12. not be a freshman who is in their first semester of enrollment.
Work Hours and Hourly Rate
A student Assistant may render service in accordance to their vacant hour with a minimum of two continuous hours in the morning and afternoon for a maximum of four (4) hours and up to the maximum of twenty (20) hours/week and one hundred (100) hours/month. The hourly rate is based on the allowance that conforms with the DBM rate on student labor.

2. 2x2 picture (2 copies only)
3. Student Assistants Bio-data (CNSC-OP-SSD-01F5)
4. Registration form of the current semester (Original and 1 photocopy)
5. Certificate of Grades of the previous semester (Original and 1 photocopy)
6. Certificate of Good Moral Character (Original and 1 photocopy)
For Renewal Applicants (additional requirement):
7. Performance Evaluation Criteria (CNSC-0P-SSD-01F7) duly signed by the Immediate Supervisor
