This section houses and circulates the major library collection covering the different areas of discipline. This section adopts the “open shelf system", where users can go directly to the shelf and choose the books they would like to browse or use. All books in this section may be borrowed for overnight use.
RULES AND REGULATION
1. All Circulation Section users are required to log in their names upon entering the section.
2. Only a piece of paper is allowed to be brought inside the Circulation Reading Area to avoid bringing library materials.
3. A student who does not have a Library Card is not allowed to loan out books School ID should be used for entrance and inside reading only.
4. Students can borrow three (3) books at a time; 1 Fiction book and 2 non-fiction books for a period of three (3) days which are renewable for the next three (3) days if there are no other requests for the book.
5. Any library user who fails to return the library materials on time will be charged;

P10.00/day for 2nd week
P15.00/day for the 3rd week and so forth
6.Smoking inside the library is strictly prohibited.7. Eating and drinking inside the study area at the library is strictly prohibited.8. Charging of laptops, cell phones and other gadgets are allowed only in the designated area 9. Students must observe the university dress code. The University Library does not allow the following: shorts, sleeveless, slippers, crop tops, mini skirts and other improper attire.10. Public Display of Affection (PDA) is strictly prohibited inside and within the library premises. 11. Library users must observe cleanliness and practice “clean as you go” (CLAYGO).12. Students who are under the influence of liquor are not allowed to enter the library.13. Always ask for assistance from the library staff in using library materials.
