The audio visual provide a wide range of audio visual resources, equipment and services to enhance the quality of teaching and learning activities of the students. Audio and Video collections are located at the 2nd Floor of University Main Library.
HOW TO AVAIL?
Teacher may reserve the use of AV materials and equipment. Reservation made by students are honored only when reservation form are duly sign by the Subject Teacher, Class Adviser.
The reservation of audio visual room, multimedia materials should be made (1) one day ahead of time.
Reservation form must be duly signed by the teacher, head librarian and the AV assign personnel.
All AV materials and equipment should be used only on the time/day stipulated on the form.
If there are changes(Cancel, reschedule) please inform the AV personnel immediately 1 day ahead.
BORROWER'S RESPONSIBILITY
Borrowers is held responsible for any damages and loses.
Damages whether due to mishandling or misused borrower should submit incident report.
incident report, upon investigation borrower will be inform about the result.
if materials where found damage on mishandling and misused borrowers are responsible for replacement of the said materials according to its market value.
ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES
Only the AV Personnel or custodian are authorized to operate the equipment.
No foods or drinks are allowed inside.
No smoking inside the viewing area.
keep the area clean and liter free at all times.
