General Transcript Requests
For all general transcript request please follow the following steps:
Email your assigned Counselor.
Please put "TRANSCRIPT REQUEST" in the subject line of your email.
In the body of the email please include the following:
Name
Reason for request
Format requested (pdf emailed, printed, official printed & sealed)
Please Note:
This process is NOT for requesting college admissions transcripts or withdrawing from West Charlotte High School.
Examples of requests that will be approved:
Athletic recruitment / Camps
Scholarships (that don't require portal access by a counselor)
Unofficial for self-reporting
Meeting with a college advisor
Taking a college visit
Proof of enrollment for Taxes/Disability
NCAA Clearinghouse
Students who need transcripts submitted to the NCAA Clearinghouse need to first register with the NCAA Clearinghouse. Once you are registered we will be alerted and will submit your transcripts. Please go HERE to register with the NCAA Clearinghouse.
Former Graduates
Former West Charlotte students who need to request a transcript should click HERE to access the CMS procedures.
West Charlotte High School does NOT retain records after graduation.
