Ms. Baxter

Ms. Baxter, our CTE Career Development Coordinator, is a seasoned educator with over 23 years of experience in the field, bringing a dynamic blend of industry expertise and pedagogical skill to Hopewell High School. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business with minors in French and Finance from York College of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Education in Business and Marketing from North Carolina State University.

Prior to her tenure in education, Ms. Baxter was immersed in the business world, serving as a manager at a tourist retail boutique in Annapolis, MD, a visual merchandiser at Kohl's Department Store in York, PA, and a logistics specialist at Dick's Sporting Goods in York, PA. Her ten years in various facets of the retail and logistics industries have enriched her teaching, allowing her to provide real-world insights to her students.

Outside the classroom, Ms. Baxter enjoys hiking, attending sports events (baseball, football, and hockey), traveling, and spending time at the beach. She is a loving mother to two sons, Billy and Chris, and cherishes moments with her dog, Bandit, and cat, Ember.
