Teacher Cadets

Teacher Cadets is a great way to increase and apply leadership, public speaking, and collaboration skills in a real-world setting!
Teacher Cadets is available for Juniors and Seniors. Students must apply and be accepted into the class.
A course fee of $45 is required.
Students will participate in a field experience where professional dress is expected.
Teacher Cadets is a Dual-Enrollment, AP Weighted course that has a primary goal of encouraging academically talented, high-achieving, high school students with exemplary interpersonal and leadership skills to consider teaching as a career. An important secondary goal of the program is to develop future community leaders who will become civic advocates for public education.
