Orders will appear on the check-in tablet once the order has activated (printed) in the kitchen. If the driver attempts to check-in before this happens they will not see the order on the tablet.
If this is a new facility, this means no one has enabled courier communications. To do so, navigate to the Beam property page for the facility, then navigate to “Processing”, then “Check-in.” Ensure “Ordr Notifications: SMS” are toggled on.
