Service Channel is the app we use to triage facility maintenance requests. Both staff and operators can submit requests through the link here. Please note- each kitchen has their own specific service channel login.
If there is an emergency within the facility: Gas gas gone out, leak which needs to be addressed as soon as possible. Please post within the respective facility channel:
