The printer is not printing / working
First please make sure the printer is connected to the ethernet cord and power cord. The lights on the printer should be on. If not- you may need to connect the printer into a different outlet.
Check to see if there is paper in the printer.
If the printer has power & paper and fails to print any tickets you may need to swap out the printer for a different one.
