How to search for and refund an order on Flipdish
Navigate to portal.flipdish.com and click on "Orders"
Click into the order you would like to refund, and at the bottom right click "Refund". Post in the facility slack channel once a refund has been completed.
Orders not importing from Flipdish into Otter
Is there an outage? Check Outage-Ops to see if there is an outage posted.
If not- create a /halp ticket in #Support-Facilities and include the partners name, specific examples of orders not importing into otter. They will follow up with any questions.
*HELPFUL HINT* If you aren't seeing orders import check if the orders are getting accepted in the flipdish portal under orders. If they show up with a pink hue they haven't been accepted and it needs to be manually accepted by simply clicking on the order. After that it should push it through to the otter system.
