If you are looking for ways to practice spelling and sight words, here is a link to a website with printable cards. You can use them for games or drills.
Only introduce 5 at a time and do not introduce new ones until they are comfortable with them.
You can lay five down on the table and get your children to touch the word you say. Or you can put them on the wall and have them run to touch them.
You can have your child read the 5 you are practicing before bed every night.
You can have one child come to you to see the word and then race back to tell the other child how to spell it. The child who is writing it down, has to be able to say the word to get a point.
You can have your child write the word in a sentence.
