Hello Everyone,
I hope everyone had a nice weekend. The weather was beautiful.
On Tuesday we will acknowledge Orange Shirt Day and the reason we wear orange shirts on this day in kid friendly language. We will listen to a book written by Phyllis Webstad the founder of Orange Shirt day. She has written several different books to include learning at all levels. Here is a link to the story we will watch.

Numeracy
We will continue exploring numbers to 5, counting sets and comparing which groups have more/less/the same. This week we will focus on the numbers 1 and 2.
Teddy Bear Clinic
Our Teddy Bear Clinic we take place on October 1st. Please remember to send in a teddy bear or baby doll on this day. I do have a few in the classroom if anyone forgets. Please send back the page that I sent home last week with any details you want to add about experiences at the doctors. If you have nothing to add. Please just write down your child's name and send it back so we know it was looked at.
