It's possible to add a Microsoft Teams or Zoom meeting link to your Calendar invite; this can be useful if the other side preference another meeting methode.

When you create a appointment you can select what kind of video meeting software you like to use, you can select the preference from the dropdown menu. 

This will automatically create a link with the needed information for the meeting and will be share via the calendar invite when send.  So you can easily start a meeting from you calendar.
