You can find settings by going to the left hand corner in Google Calendar, if you click on the COG. The settings menu will be opened, click on settings to open the settings page.
There are 2 ways to show time zones in Google Calendar; the first one is by adding a time zone setting next to you Google Calendar. If you go to Time Zone you can add one extra time and will be shown in your calendar next to each other
Time at another timezone (World Clock)
The second option is to show the times of different time zones in your calendar and is called World Clock. You can add up to 10(?) places at once, this makes is easier if you do a lot of meetings with people outside of your timezone.
You can add this by going to World Clock, check the checkbox Show World Clock and Add time zones that you want.
Sometimes you work from home and other days you're at the office. If you talk a lot with your colleagues and they want to know if you're available you can setup Office Work hours and locations in Settings; this will tell you colleagues where you are and what your working times are. You can also set your location so you're easier to find if someone is looking for your inside the building.
In Calendar, click the gear icon on the top right and select Settings.
Scroll down to Offline and select the checkbox. Reload the page.
