Moore offers vocal + general music classes for sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students. For more information about specific courses, select a class from the drop-down menu under the "Classes" tab above.

grading policy

Grading will vary slightly based on whichever course students are taking. Each course involves formative assignments completed throughout the quarter or semester, as well as several summative assessments-- usually quizzes, projects, or performances at the end of each unit.

Class conduct and participation are taken into account when grading. All students are expected to give their full effort and meet the vocal music expectations. Being engaged and giving best effort is not only beneficial to each student, but also vital to the health of our music program.
