MUSIC COMPOSITION PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
Must be given a title.
Must include composer name.
Must be a minimum of 32 measures.
Can be any arrangement of instruments and/or voice as long as it includes at least two voices or instruments.
Must include the following properties:
Use of accidentals (sharp, flat, natural)
Use of a key signature
Use of a time signature
Use of a tie or slur
Use of articulations (staccato, tenuto, accent, marcato)
Use of musical mapping (repeat sign, coda, Dal Segno, etc.)
Use of tempo marking
Use of dynamic markings throughout the piece
Must be turned into an audio file (wav) and given an album cover either using google drawing (preferred) or google image (cannot be a copyrighted image, so be careful as you cannot just pull an image off of the internet and claim it as your own for an album cover).
When you submit, you should turn in 3 items to this folder: 1. an audio file (wav) of the composition; 2. a pdf of the composition; 3. an image for your album cover.
Make a copy of this worksheet, complete the questions and highlight the rubric. Then share it into the "Submit Here" file.
