By now, all of the student's should know the wonderous Mrs. Hulsey. She is the agriculture teacher and the FFA advisor.
A reoccurring question that she gets asked a lot, is 'What is FFA?' I interviewed her to get the answer in her own words, “FFA is a national organization that allows students to have opportunities that they wouldn’t get anywhere else."
Since that just describes what the organization does, I included what it offers students and the benefits of it.
She answered, “FFA provides leadership skills, career opportunities, and teaches students how to grow as human beings. There are 8 [benefits] in that book." They are 'Lead, Travel, Earn Money, Be Part of a Team, Civic Engagement, Succeed, Make Positive Choices, and Have Fun'.
