Support & Tutoring Opportunities
This page offers a variety of supports available for your student, both in-building, in the community or online.
IN-BUILDING SUPPORT OPTIONS
The best, most direct way to get extra support or more information on your student's progress is directly through the teachers themselves.
Students can get assistance during Advisory period, which is 9:45am-10:15, every day here at school EXCEPT Thursdays. They just need to ask their teachers for a pass or Sign-Up for the 'Honor Society Tutoring Tuesdays' below.
Students can get help after school with a teacher by appointment. Just ask your teachers! We do not have an activities bus, however, so families would need to arrange transportation.
We strongly encourage you to check PowerSchool Parent Access (online portal) for the most up-to-date grades.
Contact your student's teachers directly via email to help your prioritize classwork and the best way to bring up grades.
We offer Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences every October at OHS, so be sure to stay tuned for dates and times.
Parents or teachers can also request a 'Staffing' (a meeting) with teachers, counselor and the student, to discuss their progress & resources.
