OHS New Student Enrollment Procedures 

1. Students who are NEW to CKSD must first register by completing an ONLINE application at THIS LINK. 

2. Once all of your required documents have been received, you will be contacted by our Counseling Secretary to schedule a 'New Student enrollment appointment' with the Counselor. You have the option of an in-person or ‘Zoom’ appointment.

3. If you are a current CKSD student attending a different school wanting to transfer to OHS, you ONLY need to to submit the '2025-26 School Choice Application', not the complete online application.
