Transcript Requests

Send Official or Unofficial Transcripts from OHS. This page is also accessible at: https://bit.ly/OHSTranscriptRequests

TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS FOR CURRENT OHS STUDENTS

To request your OFFICIAL or UNOFFICIAL transcript ELECTRONICALLY:

- - Order transcripts on Parchment at www.parchment.com; it is secure and convenient. Create an account and send official transcripts directly to Colleges/Universities or other institutions at no cost.
  - *You must use YOUR LEGAL NAME & PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS when creating your account-NOT your school email.
  - See this YouTube Video tutorial for help creating your account.
  - *NOTE: College Applications REQUIRE OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS. Unofficial transcripts are most commonly used for Running Start applications. (If OC is not listed as a school selection on Parchment, select “Enter Your Own” and email transcripts to evaluators@olympic.edu).

To request a PAPER copy of your UNOFFICIAL transcript (during the school year only):

Submit an unofficial transcript request with this Googleform and pick it up in the OHS Counseling Office. Allow 2 days to process.

If you are a graduate from OHS – you will need to request official transcripts through Parchment, our convenient and secure online request system. There is a small fee involved.
