• • Christ is:

Peace: “He Himself is our peace” (Eph. 2:14). 23.

Joy: “These things I have spoken to you that My joy may be in you and that your joy may be made full” (John 15:11).

• • God’s loving seekers:

They choose God’s word— “I have chosen the way of faithfulness; Your ordinances I have set before me” (Psa.119:30).

They believe God’s word— “Teach me proper discernment and knowledge, For I believe in Your commandments“ (v. 66).

• My spirit!

John 11:33 Then Jesus, when He saw her weeping and the Jews who came with her weeping, was moved with indignation in His spirit and was troubled.

John 13:21 When Jesus had said these things, He became troubled in His spirit, and He testified and said, Truly, truly, I say to you that one of you will betray Me.

• Calling on the Name of the Lord

Psalm 56:9 Then my enemies will turn back when I call; this I know, that God is for me.

Psalm 57:2 I call out to God the Most High, to the God who accomplishes all things for me.
