To clean up old gforms or to manually update entries: go to "Cloud Datastore" -> entries. Find the one(s) according to the field "Slug".
Change "Auto Redirect" to False to disable the launching of PayPal upon clicking of submit. * This is also presently the way to work around the problem that it does not handle properly a Google form that stops accepting responses.
