We could watch the baseball game, Dodgers vs. Giants. First, we enjoyed shopping in Oracle Park stores. A lot of products were sold. So, it was difficult to decide whether to buy something. We could buy good gifts. Next, we went to Oracle Park. It was very big and full of a lot of people. We could watch Otani Shohei and Yamamoto Yoshinobu directly. We had a lot of fun! The game was so exciting that we could forget to go back home. For example, Yamamoto pitched until 7 innings, Miguel hit a home run, and so on. Also, the game went into overtime, so we can’t watch all the games. But, Dodgers won at a score of 5-2. It made us very happy. We could make one of the best memories in studying in America. Tomorrow, we have to leave America. So, we want to tell many people who make our studying great, such as host family, SKYUS, JTB, and our friends to appreciate.
ドジャース対ジャイアンツの野球観戦ができました。まずはオラクルパークのお店で買い物を楽しみました。たくさんの商品が売られていて、何を買おうか迷ってしまうほどでした。素敵なお土産を買うことができました。次にオラクルパークに行きました。とても広くて、たくさんの人でいっぱいでした。大谷翔平選手と山本由伸選手を直接見ることができました。本当に楽しかったです！試合はすごく盛り上がっていて、家に帰るのを忘れるほどでした。例えば、山本選手は7回まで投げ続け、ミゲル選手がホームランを打ったなどです。また、試合は延長戦になったので、全ての試合を見ることはできませんでしたが、ドジャースが5対2で勝ちました。とても嬉しかったです。アメリカ研修で最高の思い出の一つを作ることができました。明日はアメリカを離れますが、ホストファミリー、SKYUS、JTB、そして友達など、私たちの留学を素晴らしいものにしてくれたたくさんの人に感謝を伝えたいです。
Today I watched a baseball game between the Dodgers and the Giants. It was the first time for me to watch a baseball game. The starter for the Dodgers was Yoshinobu Yamamoto, and I thought I was very lucky. I was also very excited to see the famous Shohei Ohtani. It was a very nice holiday, very American.
今日はドジャース対ジャイアンツの野球の試合を見ました。自分にとって、野球の試合を見るのは初めての経験でした。ドジャースの先発は山本由伸で、とても運が良いと思いました。かの有名な大谷翔平も見れてとても興奮しました。アメリカらしい、とても楽しい休日でした。
We watched a baseball game,Dodgers vs Giants.It was the first time I watched Major League Baseball at a stadium in America.Two Japanese players were playing,who were Yoshinobu Yamamoto and Shohei Ohtani.Both players contributed a lot to Dodgers.Until the 9th former inning,Dodgers were winning by two points ,but Giants scored two points in the 9th latter inning.So the game went into overtime.At 11th former inning,one of the Dodgers’ players,Freeman hit and got one point.We could see the scene,but sadly we couldn’t see the later scene.We had to go to the bus.On the way to going there,my friends checked the result and found that Dodgers won.It was enthusiastic moment.I will never forget this game.
私たちはドジャースとジャイアンツの試合を見ました。アメリカの球場で野球を見るのは初めてでした。山本由伸選手と大谷翔平選手の2人の日本人選手が出場していて、2人ともドジャースに大きく貢献しました。9回表までドジャースはジャイアンツに2点差をつけて勝っていましたが、9回裏にジャイアンツが2点を入れて追いついてしまいました。そのため、試合は延長戦に突入しました。11回表、ドジャースの選手の1人のフリーマン選手が1点を入れました。その場面を見ることはできたのですが、悲しいことにそのあとのシーンは見ることができませんでした。というのも、バスに戻らなければならなかったのです。バスに戻る途中、友達が結果を確認し、ドジャースが勝ったと知りました。とても熱狂的な瞬間でした。私はこの試合を決して忘れないでしょう。
Today, I watched an MLB game. Since I'm in San Francisco, I decided to cheer for the Giants. Even though I only knew the very basic rules of baseball, I really enjoyed the game thanks to my friend's explanations and the excitement from the crowd around me.
I noticed that some Americans, while sometimes seeming to bother others a little, genuinely appeared to be enjoying life and cherishing their connections with fellow spectators. It's true that Japan has fewer social troubles, but I wonder if that's partly because Japanese people tend to suppress their own individuality. I'm still unsure which style suits me better, but I'd like to keep this experience in mind as a reference for how I want to live.
Additionally, I saw players from not only Japan but also South Korea, which made me feel that Asian talent is truly making its mark internationally.
今日はMLBを観戦した。せっかくsfに来ているので自分はジャイアンツを応援した。野球は最低限のルールしか知らなかったが、友達の解説や周りの外国人の歓声で楽しむことができた。アメリカ人を見ていると多少周りに迷惑をかけているところも見られたが、生きることを楽しんでいたり、他の観客とのつながりを大切にしたりしているように感じた。日本は確かにトラブルが少ないが、日本人はその分自分を押さえ込んでいるからというのも理由にあると思う。自分はどちらのスタイルが合っているのかまだわからないが、生き方の参考にしたい。また、選手には日本以外にも韓国の選手もいて、アジアの海外進出を感じた。
Today, we didn't go to watch the MLB game, but spent time with our host family. It took me 2 hours by car to get to the south coast. It was sunny, so the sky and the sea were blue and very beautiful. Also, there were many squirrels by the sea. They were very friendly, and when I held out my hand, they approached me, so they were very cute. I would like to thank the host mother for driving for a long time and taking us there.
今日、私たちは、MLBの観戦には行かず、ホストファミリーと一緒に過ごしました。車で2時間かけて、南の方の海岸に行きました。よく晴れていたので、空も海も真っ青で、とてもきれいでした。また、海辺には、たくさんのリスがいました。とても人懐っこく、手を差し出すと近寄ってきて、すごくかわいかったです。長時間運転して、私たちをそこに連れて行ってくれたホストマザーに、とても感謝したいです。
