Today, we spend a holiday with our host family. I went to MONTEREY BAY AQUARIUM. There were a lot of fish and animals in the very large water tank that was decorated with many big seaweeds. So, it was very interesting! Also, we could see fish made with the latest movie technology. I couldn’t separate real and movie. It was mysterious. I saw a movie about animals that make light. I felt fantastic. I bought many gifts for my family. Finally, I walked on Monterey. I could see the beautiful view. Thanks to the host family, I could experience a very exciting day!

今日はホストファミリーと一緒に休日を過ごしました。モントレーベイ水族館に行きました。大きな海藻で飾られた大きな水槽には、たくさんの魚や動物がいて、とても面白かったです！また、最新の映画技術で作られた魚を見ることもできました。現実と映画の区別がつかなくて、とても神秘的でした。光る動物の映画も見ました。とても幻想的な気分でした。家族にたくさんのプレゼントを買いました。最後にモントレーを散歩しました。美しい景色を眺めることができました。ホストファミリーのおかげで、とても刺激的な一日を過ごすことができました！

Today,I went to Santa Cruz Beach with my host family. It was more beautiful than Japanese one.I thought it was too cold to swim,but many people are swimming. They are very energetic.I also went to an amusement park on the beach. There were a lot of intense rides and I felt America! It was really fun day, but I was tired because it was outside all the time.

今日はホストファミリーとサンタクルーズビーチに行きました。日本のビーチよりも綺麗だったと思います。泳ぐには寒すぎると思ったけどたくさんの人が泳いでいてとても元気だと思いました。また、そこのビーチにある遊園地にも行きました。たくさんの激しい乗り物があってアメリカを感じました。とても楽しい1日でしたがずっと外にいたので疲れました。 

Today,I went to San Francisco and visit a lot of place.(Lombard Strest, pier 39, Cable Car Museum, Chinatown, Mission Peak, Golden Gate Bridge)

In Cable Car Museum, I saw the resource of power to run the Cable Car. It was four cables and each cable run each line. Surprisingly, they are under the ground, so I could feel the vibration and the sound.

At Mission Peak, I couldn't see the view of San Francisco because of fog. It was so windy and cold.

I could experience a lot of precious things today. I was so glad that my host father taught me many interesting things about San Francisco.

今日、私はサンフランシスコへ行き、たくさんの場所を訪れました。

ケーブルカーミュージアムではケーブルカーを走らせる動力の源を見ました。それは4つのケーブルでそれぞれのケーブルがそれぞれの路線を走らせてます。驚くことに、それらは地面の下にあるので、私は振動と音を感じることが出来ました。

ミッションピークでは、霧のせいでサンフランシスコの景色を見ることができませんでした。とても風が強くて寒かったです。

私は今日、たくさんの貴重なものを経験することが出来ました。ホストファザーが私にサンフランシスコについてのことをたくさん教えてくれて嬉しかったです。

I went to hike today.It was hard on the way but the view from the top was amazing.I also went to a amusement park. I found I can enjoy rotating system by trying ten diverse thrilling attraction.Many people were enjoying and I was excited and felt extraordinary feeling.

僕は今日ハイキングに行った。途中はきつかったが頂上からの眺めは素敵だった。また遊園地にも行った。十個の多様でスリリングなアトラクションに乗った結果、僕は上下の回転系は無理ではないことが分かった。多くの人が楽しんでいて、興奮し、非日常気分を味わった。

Today, I went to a swimming party at my host family’s friend’s house.

At first, I was a bit nervous, but it turned out to be a lot of fun, and I even made some new friends.

So far, I’ve joined several parties, and many people I meet say they like Japan. That makes me really happy.

I want to do my best to be someone who makes people love Japan even more.

今日はホストファミリーと一緒に、彼らの友人宅で開かれたスイミングパーティーに参加しました。

最初は少し不安もありましたが、いざ行ってみるととても楽しくて、新しい友達もできました。

これまでさまざまなパーティーに参加してきましたが、どこに行っても日本が好きだと言ってくださる方が多く、とても嬉しく感じています。

私自身も、日本を好きになってもらえるきっかけになれるよう、これからも頑張りたいです。
