Equality and Diversity

CHS are committed to fostering a safe educational and working environment - where all members of the CHS community experience an authentic sense of inclusion and belonging, regardless of their ethnicity, religious beliefs, economic background, gender, sexuality or ability.

To continue to build on these values and founding principles, we are working towards accreditation with the National Centre for Diversity who is looking at our practices in relation to fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement.  The National Centre for Diversity calls this “FREDIE” for short.

We encourage our partners to work with us in support our Equality and Diversity Policy  which is based on the principles of fairness, respect, equality, diversity, inclusion and engagement - which are underpinned by our values of integrity, endeavour, resilience, compassion and contribution.
