Set in 83 acres of countryside with fine historical Victorian buildings and superb facilities, our School is the ideal setting for media and film locations.

Additional Conditions when Hiring  Premises for filming:

• The Premises must be represented as a fictitious place and any School logos, badges, insignia, signs, colour schemes or displays that explicitly identify the Premises and School must be disguised, avoided or changed in post-production. 

• Any recording depicting the Facilities in the Production must not be used in a manner which will or is likely to bring into disrepute the School, its representatives, employees or stakeholders. 

• Where any letting permits the filming of the Facilities, all scripts and content must be reviewed and approved to use in advance.

• The facilities will be left in good order and any damage reported and subsequently paid for/ rectified.

• CHS Enterprises has the right to bring to close Filming or photographic shoots that are considered to be inappropriate, not as agreed or may cause harm to the Premises, The school, its representatives, employees or stakeholders. 

• Any vehicles used by the Licensee or its employees, agents or representatives  must only be  parked in accordance with the directions of the  School staff. 

• All Delegates will comply with all Health and Safety regulations (and, where one or more Delegates are children, all relevant welfare requirements imposed by statute, regulation, guidance or policy).

• The Hirer is responsible for providing appropriately qualified instructors, lifeguards where necessary.

• The school premises and facilities must be vacated promptly at the end of the  Hire period (or each session, where the Licence period is not continuous) and left in a tidy state, all rubbish being removed.  Any items left at the premises for seven days after the end of the Hire period may be disposed of at the expense of the Hirer by whatever convenient means CHSE considers fit. 

• Any equipment is used / left at the owner's risk
