Places to Visit

For those who want to study Literature at A Level, we have an exciting extension trip planned to Boston and New York. The trip will include a Harvard Tour, Literary walking tours, Broadway shows and workshops and other exciting activities to enhance your understanding of American Literature. Don't worry, if you aren't on this trip it will run again in 2021. 

Every year we arrange lecture days in Manchester. these are a great opportunity to experience university life, hear new ideas and develop critical thinking skills.  In the past, we have attended lectures on the following texts, 'Othello', 'The Handmaid's Tale', 'A Streetcar Named Desire', 'Frankenstein'. We also invite university lecturers into school to run sessions with students.
