The library is headed by Ms. Leah O. Balili, RL – School Librarian 1
Furthermore, four (4) support staff, namely:

Overall, the library has adequate and qualified personnel to render quality library and information services for face-to-face and online services.
The Library has only one (1) plantilla item, (CHMSCB-SL1-1-2002, posted July 14, 2022) for the librarian. At present, an additional librarian 1 plantilla position was opened for hiring CHMSCB-INST1-121-2016.
Likewise, five (5) support staff were also hired through contract of service, one (1) licensed librarian with contract of service status, and one (1) regular staff is deployed in the Library to augment the workforce. Student Assistantship program was also considered to intensify the workforce during face-to face classes.

The Faculty and Staff Development Program of the College endeavors to improve the competencies of the teaching and non-teaching personnel geared for their professional growth and development by sponsoring their trainings, seminars, and workshops on librarianship and related field.
After their training, they are enjoined to conduct echo seminars to the support staff to improve frontline services. In addition, the student assistants are given in-service training on assisting library users and other assigned tasks.
The Binalbagan Campus Library and Information Services has one (1) permanent and (1) Contract of Service licensed librarian.
Leah O. Balili, RL, permanent School Librarian 1, is currently taking up Master of Library in Information Science with 27 units and graduated Bachelor of Library and Information Science. She has twenty-seven (28) year's of library work experience. Her ability to effectively manage the library's resources, services, and staff was aided by her educational background, employment history, and gained competences from participation in several trainings, seminars, and webinars.
Helen P. Peñafiel, RL, the contract of service technical librarian, is currently taking up Master of Science in Library Science with 30 units and graduated Bachelor of Library and Information Science. She has twenty-seven (27) year's of library work experience. Her educational attainment, work history, and acquired competencies through attendance to various trainings and seminars/webinars contributed to her effectiveness to manage the library resources, services, and personnel.
The other support staff are Bachelor's Degree graduates. Two (2) of them are licensed teachers: One (1) is Master in Public Administration with Complete Academic Requirement and the other one (1) is Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
With the number of qualified personnel, it is assured that quality library and information services both onsite and online are provided to the academic community and other stakeholders. The ratio of librarian to users as of semester of the Academic Year 2022-2023 is 1 librarian to 2,957 users and 1 permanent support staff, 4 Job Order support staff including the contract of service librarian. Correspondingly, the long years of work experience, trainings, formal education, and seminars on library and information services honed and further their skills and knowledge to implement best pedagogical practices and be more responsive to the diverse learning modalities of the library users.
