Today our Year 12 students were inspired by a powerful presentation from Mr Goel, who spoke about a charity he works closely with. The Das Charitable Foundation launched PARI in 2012 - its flagship initiative dedicated to combating gender-based violence and supporting survivors. PARI champions gender sensitivity, equality, and inclusion, creating safe spaces where every voice is heard. Their work transforms lives, breaks down systemic barriers, and drives us toward a more just and equitable society. A huge thank you to Mr Goel for sharing this important message and motivating our students to be advocates for change.

Today, we were delighted to welcome Jon Slade, CEO of the Financial Times, who spoke with our Year 12 and 13 Media students. Jon shared inspiring insights into his career journey and offered practical advice for students aspiring to break into the media industry. It was a truly motivating and memorable experience, with students fully engaged and eager to learn from such an influential figure in the media sector. Last week our students got a taste of the working world during a week of work shadowing. Students headed into schools, law firms, hospitality, medical care and various other places of work to experience a variety of different jobs.
