    • We are excited to be able to offer a flexible option for Verbal De-Escalation directly from the CPI called De-escalation Basics. This opportunity provides asynchronous instruction to each staff member, including scenarios and checks for understanding, and ends in a whole group post content discussion or closure activity using reflection tools provided.   The online component takes about 40min to complete, and does not have to be done continuously.  Here is a one-page overview, course outline, and a 1-minute video clip.
