I can decode multi-syllabic words.

1. Watch both videos and use the strategies presented in videos two to assist you in decoding multisyllabic words. Use video one to help you identify what prefixes and suffixes may be used within the multisyllabic words.

Use the anchor chart and list of common prefixes and suffixes to complete the following assignments.

2. Complete assignments 1, 2 and 3. Print the assignments or use as a guide and complete on notebook paper.

3. Read the Cinderella Story and fill in the missing words.

4. Complete 5th Language Arts IXL lessons V.9, V.10, V.11 with a goal of a minimum smart score of 80.
